Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support students in 1st through 5th grade at a school. The role focuses on providing healthcare, administering medications, and managing health records throughout the academic year.

You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for students with routine and acute health needs. The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license and demonstrates strong communication skills, with preferred

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Strong communication with children, families, and staff.
• Prior school or pediatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of common pediatric health issues and emergency protocols.
• Ability to assess, intervene, and respond to student health concerns across grades 1–5.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily health support for 1st–5th grade students, including medications and first aid.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation per school guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on health plans and accommodations.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student health issues and updates.
• Implement health and wellness programs promoting student well-being.
• Assist with care plans for chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies).
• Participate in emergency response when necessary.
