Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support an elementary school caseload for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract position offers daytime hours in a school setting, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence for young learners.

The ideal candidate holds a PT license, a doctorate or masters in Physical Therapy, and preferred experience in school-based or pediatric settings. Strong IEP knowledge and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to elementary school students.
• Evaluate and treat students with motor delays and functional needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support student success.
• Maintain documentation and ensure IDEA compliance.
• Support student participation in classroom and school activities.
