Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the West Bloomfield, MI area. This in-person role supports an elementary school and collaborates with teachers and families to promote student success.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing evaluation reports, developing IEP goals and therapy plans, attending IEP meetings, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with school processes. We offer mentorship and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in School Psychology required.
• Active Michigan School Psychology License required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
