Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a School Occupational Therapist for a local contract position in Boulder, Colorado. This full-time role involves serving two elementary campuses with a diverse caseload of Resource, Pre-K, and Intensive Support students.

The position runs ASAP through May 21, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week. Pay is $50–$55 per hour, in-person, with Colorado licensure required and a focus on IEP-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• One year of classroom/school-based experience required.
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required or in process.
• Candidates requiring a TEE cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to elementary students.
• Support a caseload of approximately 50 students across two schools.
• Work with students in Resource, Pre-K, and Intensive Support programs.
• Provide individualized interventions based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and other members of the educational team.
• Participate in the IEP process and help students build skills for greater participation and independence at school.
