Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide student-centered OT services in an elementary school setting in Clyde, NY. You will deliver direct and indirect therapies to a caseload of about 30 students, address functional and educational needs, and collaborate with families and school staff to promote participation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active NY OT license; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active New York Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
• Pediatric experience in preschool/school-age or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to elementary students on a caseload of ~30.
• Evaluate student needs, set data-informed goals, and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support participation.
• Engage in special education processes and ongoing professional development.
