Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based role in Naperville, IL. Requires a master’s degree in OT and active OT license with 1+ year of experience. On-site position with a 32.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–2:45pm.

Duration ASAP to December 19, 2025, with competitive hourly pay. Caseload focuses on elementary students. Responsibilities include IEP management, evaluations, data collection, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active OT license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist other OTs in daily tasks.
• Manage IEPs and IEP meetings.
• Evaluations, data collection and report writing.
• Caseload: Elementary School.
• Provide on-site occupational therapy services.
