YES Prep in Houston, TX is seeking a Nurse for a 10-month position to support student health services. You will assist the Manager of Health and Wellness with first aid, immunizations, screenings, and data entry for state reports under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining student medical records, preventive care, immunizations management, HIPAA/FERPA compliance, and coordination of health services across campuses.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Texas
• One year of RN experience
• Valid Texas driver’s license with insurance coverage
• CPR and AED certification or district training plan to become certified

Responsabilidades

• Maintain system-wide student medical records.
• Participate in campus health program goals and objectives.
• Provide direct health care, first aid, and related health services.
• Perform preventive health care through appraisals, screenings, and referrals.
