Elementary School Librarian Teacher (Beaverton, OR)

Valley Catholic Elementary School is searching for a full-time Elementary School Library Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. We seek candidates who are dynamic and innovative to complement our experienced and committed staff. Our school offers a caring and nurturing environment, promotes academic excellence, and emphasizes the education of the whole child. The Library Teacher oversees the K–5 school library program, conducting weekly library classes and maintaining the school's library collection.

Salary Range: $44,290-$63,027 DOE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Current Oregon Teaching License
• Preferred: Library Media Endorsement or equivalent studies
• Preferred: Two (2) years of teaching experience
• Preferred: Experience as a Librarian, Technology Teacher, or Media Specialist at the primary level
• Strong computer proficiency: basic MS Office, ability to learn Contribute (Macromedia), and familiarity with Destiny by Follett online catalog
