• Oversees the development and implementation of special education and student support programs and services and ensures timely delivery, documentation, and reporting.
• Creates, manages, and sustains a safe and orderly school environment with high expectations for student behavior.
• Establishes an environment of collaboration and empowers staff in participatory decision‑making.
• Maintains communications with various support divisions and reports student progress to parents and school support organizations.
