Job summary

The San Mateo-Foster City School District is seeking a Site Kitchen Operator at Brewer Island Elementary School, working 4 hours per day from 9:30am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will oversee daily site kitchen operations for the Child Nutrition Programs, assist in food preparation, heating, and service to students and staff, and ensure a clean, safe workspace.

This 10-month, part-time role offers pay ranging from $24.17 to $30.85 per hour, with 10 paid sick days and district

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site kitchen operations for the Child Nutrition Programs at an elementary school site.
• Participate in the preparation, cooking/heating and serving of hot and cold menu items to students and staff.
• Maintain the kitchen and serving areas in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
