Qualifications

• Three years of quantity food preparation with sanitation and safety knowledge.
• Must have transportation to SAU building.

Responsibilities

• Trains employees on computers, kitchen equipment, tools, tasks, sanitation, and safety.
• Submits weekly food and supplies list to purchase; follows sound purchasing procedures.
• Receives foods and supplies with accuracy; tracks invoices and submits for payment.
• Administers rules and confidentiality in accordance with laws.
