Responsibilities

• Work with Elementary School students who are struggling with reading and math.
• Organize lessons/activities for small groups.
• Collaborate with elementary general education teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of individual student progress.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
• Designing a creative schedule to maximize the number of students while maintaining small groups.
