Job summary

Providence Elementary in Providence Village, TX seeks an Elementary Campus Interventionist to provide targeted instructional services for at‑risk students. You will implement MTSS, complete assessments, and collaborate with campus leadership to raise student achievement.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, Texas teaching certificate, and 3 years of elementary teaching experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The role is 187 days per year with standard teacher pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned.

Responsibilities

• Implement compensatory, intensive, or accelerated instructional services for at‑risk students.
• Serve at‑risk students who did not perform satisfactorily on an assessment.
• Complete individual assessments per AIP (Acceleration Improvement Plan).
• Maintain documentation/records as required for MTSS and HB1416.
• Provide staff development and instructional coaching as requested by leadership.
• Collaborate with administrators, classroom teachers, parents, and students to improve instruction.
