JAARS Waxhaw seeks an Elementary Program Coordinator to plan and lead biblically-based, developmentally appropriate programs for elementary children during events in Waxhaw, NC. You will develop creative curricula, provide discipleship, and collaborate with families to support children during transitions.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and safety, working with MKs/TCKs and cross-cultural teams to deliver meaningful ministry.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree in Education, Children’s Ministry, or related field.
• Experience with children in ministry, school, or cross-cultural setting.
• Knowledge of MKs/TCKs and their challenges.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate programs for elementary children.
• Develop biblically based curriculum and activities for events.
• Provide age-appropriate discipleship and care for MKs/TCKs.
• Coordinate childcare and school support during parent training events.
• Recruit, equip, and supervise volunteers and interns; ensure safety.
