Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Elementary Program Lead to coach Guides and students in K-3, using data and classroom observations to drive measurable improvements. You will lead workshops and one-on-one coaching, focusing on communication, resilience, and life skills, while building scalable coaching playbooks.

You will work in person at Alpha campuses in New York City or Miami, with relocation support. This is a full-time W2 role offering six-figure compensation and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams, performance management and hiring decisions.
• Experience building or growing a program, school, team, or initiative.
• Demonstrated success using data and measurable outcomes to improve team or student performance.
• Excited by coaching-first approaches and challenging traditional education models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Alpha's promises by building Guides, motivated students, and a coaching culture with measurable outcomes.
• Coach Guides and students using performance data, observations, and feedback to achieve improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students on communication, resilience, collaboration, accountability, and focus.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group coaching linking motivation to academic growth.
• Create and refine repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance across the team.
