Job summary

Uintah School District's Eagle View Elementary is seeking a Part-Time PE Specialist and Intervention Aide for 29.5 hours per week in a voucher position with no benefits. The role supports physical education instruction, classroom aides, data collection, and supervision during recess or bus duties, under the direction of school staff.

Applicants must be 21 or older, with a High School Diploma and preferred Utah Elementary Teacher Certificate; an Associate's degree or 48 college credits or ParaPro

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or 48 college credits, or willingness to pass ParaPro test.
• Utah Elementary Teacher Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in physical education demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the education of assigned students.
• Create a flexible program and class environment favorable for learning and growth.
• Assist with data management and collection.
• Assist with recess and/or bus duty as needed.
• Work cooperatively with staff to maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the administrator.
