Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of certified PE teacher to implement lesson plans and activities.
• Set up and take down PE equipment daily for classes.
• Supervise students inside and outside the classroom as directed.
• Keep teacher informed of special needs or problems of students.
• Assist with discipline per district/campus regulations and policy.
• Assist with inventory, care and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in keeping administrative records and reports.
• Provide orientation to PE substitute teacher and participate in meetings and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks including keyboarding, filing, grading, and recording tests.
• Keep bulletin boards updated and update grade books as needed.
