Qualifications

• Desirable: Graduation from high school and some experience working with children.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and make minor decisions within school procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in playgrounds, cafeterias, rest rooms and other areas.
• Monitor student behavior and hall passes to ensure school procedures are followed.
• Assist students to resolve minor conflicts on the playground.
• Report unauthorized activities or persons on school grounds to the proper authority.
• Gather students promptly for class when the bell rings and collect equipment left behind.
