Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must like and get along with children (i.e.. possess good parenting skills)
• Ability to apply behavior techniques in enforcing school discipline in an appropriate context
• Perform some clerical functions
• Good physical health and the ability to work outdoors during inclement weather
