Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a Multi-Campus Floater Elementary Teacher to support Sunnyvale campuses and engage with elementary students in grades K-5. You will assist teachers, supervise classrooms, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

This development-focused role prepares for a future Classroom Teacher position, with full-time, Monday–Friday duties during a 10-month school year and a salary in the $58,500–$63,000 range.

About the Role

As a Multi-Campus Teacher, you will support our Sunnyvale Washington Park and Sunnyvale De Anza Park campuses. This role offers the chance to engage with elementary students across various classrooms (grades K-5) while providing support to teachers and campus staff.

Each day may look a little different, whether assisting with classroom supervision, supporting instruction, or stepping in as a lead teacher when needed, your flexibility and enthusiasm will play a big role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

This Multi-Campus Floater Teacher position is designed as a developmental role, intended to prepare candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position. It is expected that individuals in this position will actively work toward and be prepared for placement in a Classroom Teacher role as openings become available.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (10-Month School Year)

Salary: $58,500 - $63,000
