Job summary

Stratford School, part of Spring Education Group, seeks a Multi-Classroom Floater Teacher to support kindergarten through fifth grade at our Santa Clara, CA campus. You will rotate across classrooms, step in as lead teacher during absences, follow lesson plans, and assist with campus operations.

About the Role:

As a Multi-Classroom Teacher, you will provide day-to-day instructional support across multiple kindergarten through fifth-grade classrooms at our Stratford School campus. Each morning, you will report to the campus and receive your assignment based on classroom or supervision coverage needs. In addition to classroom teaching, you may support with general student supervision or assist the Principal with daily campus operations.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of students, collaborate with different teachers, and experience multiple classroom settings.

This Multi-Classroom Floater Teacher position is designed as a developmental role, intended to prepare candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position. It is expected that individuals in this position will actively work toward and be prepared for placement in a Classroom Teacher role as openings become available.

Location: Santa Clara Pomeroy, CA

Salary: $58,500- $65,000

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (10-Month School Year)

Travel: May be required to support nearby Stratford campuses
