Waukegan Community Unit School District 60 is seeking a dedicated Middle School Coach to support student athletes and promote athletic excellence. The role reports to the building principal and Athletic Director and focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and academic achievement within a positive, sportsmanlike environment.
The coach will collaborate with staff and booster clubs, while upholding district rules and fostering leadership and character in athletes across our middle school programs.
Waukegan Community Unit School District No. 60 serves nearly 13,000 students in preschool through grade 12 and is located halfway between Chicago, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. Our District has one early learning center, 15 elementary schools, five middle schools and a high school program divided between two 9 – 12thgrade campuses. The District encompasses portions of Waukegan, Beach Park and Park City.

The Coach will be directly responsible to the building principal and Athletic Director.
Must be willing to come to practices everyday.
