You will deliver standards-aligned lessons, use data to accelerate learning, collaborate with interventionists and special education staff, and communicate progress to families, contributing to a joyful, equitable school culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction grounded in standards and aligned curriculum, ensuring students build mastery through clear explanations, deliberate practice, and purposeful questioning.
• Build student reasoning by emphasizing multiple representations, mathematical discourse, and error analysis.
• Use whole-group and small-group instruction strategically to ensure all learners are accelerated.
• Use student work, assessments, and progress monitoring tools to identify skill gaps, regroup students, and adjust instruction weekly and when necessary, daily.
• Plan with intention by anticipating common misconceptions, aligning tasks to the objective, and ensuring students engage in meaningful practice.
