Job summary

Sylvania at Cardinal Elementary School is seeking an Instructional Technician to support elementary students in math development and growth. You will collaborate with staff to research, organize, create, and implement supplemental math materials aligned with State Standards.

The role involves working with multiple staff and students, leveraging AVMR tools, and tracking student growth through activities and assessments during the 2026/2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Instructional Techs must meet one of the following requirements: two years of college, associate's degree, or a formal assessment.
• The Michigan State Board of Education approves assessments to demonstrate knowledge.
• Math supplemental support materials development and implementation will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support elementary students in math development and growth.
• Research, organize, create and implement material for supplemental math growth.
• Collaborate with multiple staff & students to measure growth through various activities.
