Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is hiring for an Elementary Lunchroom/Recess Supervisor at Leal Elementary School. Responsibilities include supervising students during lunch and recess to ensure a safe environment and supporting younger students as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably some experience working with children. The position pays $18.10 per hour for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes each student contact day. This is a non-exempt position without collective bargaining rights.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate and interact with children and adults appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the lunchroom and playground to ensure safety.
• Maintain discipline and enforce safety rules.
