Minnetonka Public School District seeks a Class A Lunchroom/Playground Paraprofessional at Scenic Heights Elementary. This part-time role covers 2.25 hours per day across 184 school days, focusing on supervision in the lunchroom and on the playground and helping enforce school rules.

You will guide students on routines, complete routine paperwork, assist with cleaning tables, and report concerns to the building principal.

Qualifications

• Experience with elementary school age students.
• Ability to respect, protect, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability and inclination to take charge of student behavior as needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent human relations and oral communication skills for interaction with coworkers, supervisor, and public.

Responsabilités

• Supervise students in lunchroom, playground, or other designated locations.
• Guide students in rules, routines, and expectations for playground and lunchroom.
• Complete routine paperwork and monitor activities.
• Assist with cleaning lunchroom tables as needed.
• Report areas of concern regarding student behavior and equipment to the principal.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
