Danvers Public Schools seeks a Long Term Substitute School Nurse for the Great Oak Elementary School.

Job Description: We are seeking a second nurse to work with our full-time nurse in our middle school setting. Providing nurse care to students and staff, monitoring health plans for students, treating student injuries or illnesses, and advising students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues. Support students with chronic illnesses and disabilities, for example, by administering medication such as insulin injections. Knowledge of basic computer software is a plus, as nurses often perform administrative tasks, such as updating students' medical records.
