Job summary

West Hartford Public Schools is seeking an Elementary Literacy Tutor for the 2026-27 school year to provide support for approximately 15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping students succeed, and may hold a certification.

Responsibilities include leading small group literacy sessions, supporting skill-building, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teachers to address literacy concerns while maintaining a positive learning
