Ingenuity Prep seeks an Elementary School Literacy Teacher to deliver rigorous literacy instruction to Pre-K through Middle School — or specifically within the Elementary Academy. You will leverage data to tailor instruction, support social-emotional learning, and partner with families to drive student growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and teaching certification or enrollment in a certification program.
• Strong literacy instructional delivery and data-informed planning.
• Commitment to equity, family partnership, and professional growth.
• Ability to plan with data and adjust instruction weekly/daily.
• Ability to collaborate in a co-teaching model with teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous literacy instruction aligned to standards and targeted to students' needs.
• Use progress monitoring to identify gaps and adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and special education staff.
• Engage families with transparent progress communications.
