Job summary

MSAD 60 is seeking Life Skills Educational Technicians to support K–3 students in a functional life skills classroom, following plans created by the supervising teacher. The role involves working in small groups and individually, with emphasis on communication, daily living activities, and behavior support.

Responsibilities

• Follow the supervising teacher's plans for each student.
• Support students individually and in small groups in life skills activities.
• Collect data on student performance throughout the day.
• Assist in functional communication, daily living activities, and reading/math readiness tasks.
• Support students in general education and special education settings as directed by the teacher.
