Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow teacher strategies for reinforcing materials based on individual students' needs.
• Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Administer, score, and record achievement and diagnostic tests as recommended.
• Guide independent study, enrichment and remedial work assigned by the teacher.
• Assist with large group activities like drill work, reading aloud, and storytelling.
• Maintain confidentiality of students and families and uphold ethical standards.
• Show professionalism, punctuality, and appropriate appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by principal or administrator.

Education
