Great Hearts Academies in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a dedicated K-5 Homeroom Teacher to join our life-long learning community. You will create a welcoming classroom that sparks curiosity and fosters a love of learning, guided by the Great Hearts curriculum.

As part of a supportive team, you will partner with an Apprentice Teacher, communicate with families, and participate in school events and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required for lead teaching role.
• Criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• Travel may be required for local training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned K-5 Homeroom classes using Great Hearts curriculum and materials.
• Provide academic support, monitor progress, and address needs with school leadership.
