• Assist in facilitating communication between the school and students' families.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to design programs helping students navigate ISD 191.
• Serve as liaison to parents.
• Partner with school staff to plan initiatives focused on academics and behavior.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students’ academic achievement, retention, and attendanceby working directly with student support services, administration, teachers, community organizations and families
• Assist in facilitation of communication between school and student’s families
• Work with district & site leaders to establish student programming that is designed to help students successfully navigate ISD 191 school
• Serve as aliaison to parents
• Partner with school staff to program for school initiatives with academics and behavior.
