Job summary

BASIS Benbrook is seeking a 3rd Grade Elementary Intervention Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on using individualized approaches to raise student outcomes while working within BASIS Ed’s co-teaching model and collaborative culture.

As a Learning Expert Teacher, you will support differentiated instruction and partner with Subject Expert Teachers to ensure students receive tailored guidance and a world-class educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or anticipated in Education or a related field.
• Identity Verified Prints (IVP) required.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and targeted growth of individual outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one cohort of students and manage classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small-group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior to create a functional learning atmosphere.

Required Qualifications
