Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Principal or Mid-Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years successful classroom experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to handle school situations dealing with discipline and student academic needs.
• Ability to work with school staff, parents and students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MTSS and At‑Risk initiatives to support student success.
• Coordinate and supervise mentor programs and campus initiatives.
• Assist with building maintenance and campus appearance.
• Support assessment coordination and data analysis.
• Support staff development and instructional planning.
• Collaborate with teachers on curriculum delivery and instructional strategies.
• Assist in interviewing prospective campus applicants.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate school events and community liaison work.
