Responsibilities

• Support teachers in the implementation of division-level initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with the principal to determine what instructional support is needed to achieve the goals of the school improvement plan.
• Assist teachers in integrating highly effective instructional practices into their plans and lessons.
• Work with administrators and teachers to interpret student achievement data and determine related instructional needs.
• Observe, access resources, collect data, provide feedback, and demonstrate lessons in classrooms as requested.
