Responsibilities

Monitor students after removal for behavioral concerns and support PASS program.
Assist teacher with duties and specialized tasks.
Prepare instructional materials and read to students.
Create a learning-conducive environment aligned with student interests.
Conduct learning exercises with small groups or individuals as directed.
Provide escort and assistance to children as necessary.
Check students' work for compliance with instructions.
Assist students with reading, spelling, and handwriting skills.
Maintain individual student records.
Protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Implement school policies governing student life and conduct.
Maintain classroom order and keep students on task.
Perform office tasks (photocopying, filing, answering phones).
Perform related tasks as required.
