Do you love working with kids and making learning exciting?

As an Elementary Instructional Aide, you'll be the teacher's right-hand helper, supporting students with hands-on instruction, encouragement, and plenty of enthusiasm!

What You'll Do:

• Work with students one-on-one or in groups to help them shine!
• Use creative motivation strategies to keep learning fun.
• Keep things organized with record-keeping and communication.
• Team up with teachers and parents to support student success.
• Create a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels confident!
