Job summary

District Wide in Leominster, Massachusetts, invites candidates for Elementary School Level - School Based Instructional Leadership Team Members. This is a part-time role for the 2026-2027 school year across Fall Brook / Johnny Appleseed / Northwest / Frances Drake.

The ILT will meet bi-weekly to analyze data, plan actions, and monitor progress to boost student achievement and culture. Qualifications emphasize strong relationships, organization, equity focus, and the ability to learn and apply

Responsibilities

• Lead school systems implementation with regular meetings and bi-weekly follow-ups outside school hours.
