Douglas County School District seeks a dedicated Custodian at Timber Trail Elementary to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of classrooms, common areas, and grounds. The position requires physical stamina for lifting and mobility, with a 40-hour workweek and year-round schedule.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation of the facility, grounds, and equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Support the scheduling of custodial work activities and coordinate with Group Leader and Building Administrator.
• Assist with inspections of building, ground, and equipment on a weekly basis or as assigned.
• Assist emergency operations personnel as required.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways, entries, and play areas as needed.
