Job summary

West Orange Public Schools is seeking an ESL Teacher for Mt. Pleasant Elementary School. The position is full-time, with effective dates from 9/28/2026 to 2/26/2027, and a date available of 09/28/2026. NJ ESL Teaching Certificate is required; BA/MA salary scales prorated per WOEA CBA.

Health, dental, and prescription drug coverage begin on the first working day; leave benefits are included per contract negotiations. Closing date is 11/13/2026.

Qualifications

• NJ ESL Teaching Certificate required.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• BA-$65,893 / MA-$70,363, prorated, as determined by the WOEA CBA.
