Job summary

The Project Manager for Elementary English Language Arts (ELA) leads and supports educators across Oklahoma City in delivering highly effective elementary language arts education. This role ensures implementation of the Oklahoma Academic Standards (OAS) in classrooms and collaborates with stakeholders for alignment with state literacy initiatives.

Based in Oklahoma City, this in-person, full-time position requires strong expertise in ELA pedagogy, curriculum alignment, and data-informed decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; official transcripts required upon hire.
• Possession of a valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate or administrative certificate.
• Four (4) years of teaching experience or coordinating curriculum and instruction for PK-12.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support educators across Oklahoma in implementing evidence-based language arts instruction.
• Develop and deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and resources for teachers implementing the Oklahoma Academic Standards for ELA.
• Ensure alignment of instructional materials, resources, and assessments with the Oklahoma Academic Standards for ELA.
• Collaborate with district leaders, instructional coaches, and literacy initiatives to support ELA implementation.
• Analyze student achievement data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate or administrative certificate

Four (4) years of PK-12 teaching or curriculum coordination
