Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Demonstrable excellent teaching skills and knowledge in elementary education.
• Outstanding preparation and/or experience may substitute for some qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Short-term coverage for teachers to attend meetings.
• Assignment of duties during the day including lunch duty and bus duty.
• Full-day coverage for absent teachers; primarily with special education classrooms filling in for teachers and program assistants.
• Any other duty as assigned by Supervising Principal or designee.
