Job summary

University of West Georgia invites applications for a Part-Time Student Research Assistant in Elementary Education on the UWG campus in Carrollton. The SRAP will help promote, implement, and evaluate the ESER student success committee events, identifying freshman and sophomore students and supporting promotional materials and surveys.

Work with ESER faculty to organize attendance data and develop an annual report to guide future planning.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate UWG student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Self-motivated and works well with peers and professors.

Responsibilities

• Review existing student success committee activity data and feedback from previous events.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with the student success committee.
• Present perspectives of the data and make recommendations to the student success committee.
• In conjunction with faculty, organize and plan future student success events.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with the student success committee to present student perspectives.
