Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to successfully work with Pre-K thru 12th Grade students.
• Successful completion of required background checks at hire.
• Ability to obtain necessary training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with small group and individual student instruction.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Support students with physical or behavioral needs.

Skills

Ability to work with diverse student needs

Experience in an educational setting

Certification in First Aid/CPR

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or GED

48 credit hours post-secondary education or Para educator certification
