Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to the district curriculum and document preparation.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials tailored to students' learning styles and needs as per TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning and adapt instruction based on results.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Establish instructional goals and work with staff to meet district requirements.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement and support extracurricular activities as assigned.
• Create a positive classroom environment and manage behavior per school policies.
