Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned facilities and/or grounds to maintain a sanitary, safe environment.
• Distributes custodial supplies and equipment for site use.
• Oversees custodial staff in assigned duties to ensure quality and safety.
• Lifts up to 80 pounds and may push/pull up to 150 lbs for maintenance and safety.
• Maintains and replenishes cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Prepares site for daily operations and events.
• Responds to facility issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Trains assigned personnel in safety and trade skills.
