Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Current Elementary teaching certification/endorsement required.
• Five years of professional educator experience with proficiency in teaching, instructional strategies, curriculum, and classroom management.
• Ability to articulate knowledge of current theory, best practices, and school leadership.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to lead teachers, parents, and school community.
• Knowledge of mathematics, science, and language arts curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to integrate instructional technology into district curriculum.
• Ability to interpret assessment results and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching for elementary teachers in implementing curriculum and research-based instructional strategies across content areas.
• Coordinate and support the SRBI process for math.
• Analyze and present school- and district-wide achievement data.
• Assist teachers with using assessment results to inform instruction and progress.
• Develop differentiated classroom strategies to address enrichment and intervention needs.
• Assist with curriculum mapping and common formative assessments.
• Coordinate and implement professional development at building and district levels.
• Share current research, best practices, and materials with staff.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance program improvement.
• Support administrators in piloting materials and achieving program goals.
