Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate their program
• conduct workouts/conditioning/practices
• organize contests
• Hold a pre-season meeting with prospective athletes
• Communicate with parents regarding team rules and guidelines
• Attend and run organized practices on scheduled dates
• Help prepare for home contests as needed
• Attend scheduled contests and required meetings
• Check athlete eligibility before first contest and after grading periods
• Assist athletic director with scheduling
• Coordinate transportation for the team
• Prepare and submit equipment inventory
• Follow Warsaw Community School Corporation rules
• Conduct an awards program at season end
• Perform other related duties as assigned by WCS
