Sunprairie at Eastside Elementary seeks a Professional Educator - Elementary/ Cross Categorical Teacher to support students with SLD, EBD, and CD. You will plan instruction and adapt programs based on IEP goals to enable students to maximize learning, in collaboration with regular and special education staff.

The role emphasizes working with autism, trauma and behavioral needs, applying feedback, staying organized, and promoting a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education is required.
• Experience supporting students with SLD, EBD and CD is preferred.
• Ability to implement instructional adaptations based on IEP goals.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, implements, reviews, and modifies curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Instructs students individually and in groups in both special education and regular education settings.
• Participates in IEP teams to develop and review IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Communicates IEPs to regular education teachers.
• Speaks with staff about curriculum modifications and behavior plans.
• Collaborates with regular and special education teachers in planning and instruction.
• Maintains progress records and prepares reports.
• Assists with assessments and reports related to SLD, EBD, and CD.
